The first step in starting a business is getting your own financial house in order. Without being able to control your own expenses the burden you need to be able to bare in your new business might be too much for a new venture. This could sink a new business before it even has a chance to get rolling.

Roberts Environmental Services is my second Micro-business. This business is mostly web-based but uses a virtual office and part-time receptionist who handles all calls into the business. The business is incorporated as a "S-Corps" for liability and tax reasons.
